It goes down in the DM! Yes, if you’ve been following and enjoying all the beautiful love stories that started on social media, then you definitely agree that the DM can also be likened to a garden of love! Today, it’s Toyosi and Temitope giving us all the thrills. 😅

The love birds met online and a friendship started after Temitope sent Toyosi a DM. A series of dates after, and an Ice cream date to bring love to the fore, the sweethearts are now taking it the forever way. Their love story as shared by Temitope:

I sent her a DM and we began exchanging messages and we had a series of interesting conversations. I knew I had to know her more so I asked for her number and I was blessed she gave it to me. Just as soon as we began talking on the phone, I had to travel to California for work so we couldn’t get to meet.

A few months later, I returned to Philly and I asked her out on a date to her favourite Korean restaurant. We had a great and memorable date and we became really close friends. We later had a series of fun activities together like hiking, attending concerts, seeing movies and lots more.

It wasn’t until six months later that our relationship became romantic following an ice cream date in the city. She had the qualities of everything I wanted in a woman so I couldn’t have enough of her presence. I finally asked for her hand in marriage in January 2020 during a vacation in Miami.
