Love is the sweetest thing to ever exist and we say this with all conviction. Now, when love and culture get in a perfect blend? That’s simply phenomenal. And this is how we describe traditional weddings! 😅 Today, we get to enjoy the beauty of it all thanks to lovebirds, Akoma and Yaw.

The Ghanaian sweethearts met four years ago and a beautiful seed of love was sown. Now, it has germinated into a full beautiful tree as they take it several notches higher. The two tied the knot in a colourful Ghanaian traditional wedding with family, friends and well-wishers present to share in their joy.

Following the Ghanaian customs, the groom and his people came through with the dowry to get Akoma’s hand in marriage and it was an all-so-beautiful affair. Love and fun were simply the order of the day. From the couple to the family and guests, the undeniable joy in their eyes tell all the story. Yaw found his Akoma and it’s a beautiful sail on their forever ship.
