Most of the time, people go through life completely unaware that their soulmate has been right there, staring them in the eye all along.

Simi and Tofunmi’s story is a perfect example. They attended the same secondary school, and even though Tofunmi had nursed the biggest crush on her, Simi had no idea until he told her six years later. Now, what began as the innocent connection of two teenagers has blossomed into a beautiful fairytale. They celebrated their love in a magical white wedding ceremony and were surrounded by family and friends. They both looked dashing, and their chemistry was undeniable. Their wedding photos are nothing short of beautiful and we are so excited for them as they embark on their forever journey.

Tofunmi was my senior in secondary school. I was in Js1 and he was in Ss1. We followed the same school bus back home every day and he always wanted to sit beside me. Everybody knew he liked me except me. 😂 We were friends, so I jokingly called him “my husband”, as I fondly called most male friends. Fast forward to 2020, he said to me “I have been madly in love with you for about 6 years now but you know how the Bible says the vision is for an appointed time, I feel when the time is right, things will magically fall in place.” I jokingly laughed it off 😂 Here we are 4 years after, I’m married to the most amazing man in the world. I get to call him my actual husband for the rest of my life. I can say, I have won in this life. Thank you Jesus
