Culture and love always produce the finest mix! We can not fully talk about culture without love and love certainly gets a splash of its uniqueness from the different ways it can be expressed, through different cultures. Today, we’re celebrating love the Igbo way, courtesy of lovebirds, Amaka and Gozie.
All the colours of love came out to play at #TheChocolateWedding22 as Amaka and Gozie tied the knot in a beautiful Igbo traditional wedding ceremony. Following the Igbo customs, the lovers welcomed the new phase of their lives with family and friends present to share in their joy.
Amaka was such an elegant Igbo bride and Gozie came through repping the Igbo culture well too! We’re absolutely in love with all the colours and displays of love from this wedding and we bet you’ll be too.
Enjoy their beautiful traditional wedding photos below and catch their white wedding feature here.
