Today, we’re looking back at the times that bridal designer, Mai Atafo gave us magic in form of amazing bridal collections. The topmost designer has shown us his prowess over the years in creating outstanding unique outfits and giving brides the wedding dresses of their dreams. With every new collection, we’re in awe of the ingenuity and highly creative elements in each piece. The evolution of bridal fashion through time are evident in these collections. The Mai Atafo brand has also evolved into a conglomerate of various fashion bodies, one of which is the ATAFO Bridals brand.

The Heart Collection

Now, let’s start with The Heart Collection from 2017. Using unconventional colours and intricate embroideries, the #FollowMaiHeart collection featured models and celebrities like Bolanle Olukanni, Beverly Osu, Jemima Osunde, Wofai Fada, Linda Ejiofor and Idia Aisien.

Mai Atafo At The East African Wedding Show

In February 2019, the top designer showcased his collection at the East African Wedding Show in Kigali, Rwanda. Every dress in the collection was evidently made with a lot of attention to details. The detailed embroidery, fascinating stones and silhouettes on each dress had us completely intrigued.

Okay, let’s throw it to the time when we went on a cruise to different countries with the Destination wedding dresses. These dresses were beautifully designed for that dream destination wedding.
