Their love story as shared by Kelvin:

Love finds you when you least expect it. For us, it happened one serene Sunday morning at church, brought together by the magic of a shared gaze. I was playing the keys, creating a backdrop of worship, when she walked in. The moment our eyes met, a rush of peace and tranquility washed over me. She moved with grace, and her presence seemed to fill the room with warmth. As a gentleman, I held back, choosing instead to admire her from a distance, keeping her in my gaze while she did the same.

For the next two Sundays, I couldn’t help but watch her. Each time, the pull between us grew stronger, and that sense of peace and calm returned every time she was near. By the third Sunday, I knew I couldn’t wait any longer. After the service, I approached her, my heart racing. “Hi,” I said. “What’s your name?” “Mcfavour,” she responded with a smile that felt like home. We started talking, and before I knew it, I was telling her how being around her brought me peace, a feeling like coming home. She listened intently, her gaze never wavering, and her presence felt like a balm to my soul.

As our conversation unfolded, she surprised me by sharing her schedule for the entire year. “I’m always available for a conversation,” she said warmly, her openness taking me by surprise and deepening my admiration for her. Looking back, I realize love often begins in the simplest moments—a glance, a word, a melody. That Sunday wasn’t just the start of a new week; it was the start of forever. To my wife, Mcfavour Lucky Duncan, thank you for walking into that church and into my life. I am forever grateful!
