It all began on November 9, 2019, during our annual church conference in GOGC Akure. Michelle had flown in from the UK to visit her parents and attend the conference. The first time I saw her, she walked onto the stage to perform a spoken word piece titled “Pastor’s Kid.” Her British accent captivated everyone, but I was mesmerized by her sincerity. Her words touched on sensitive issues that pastors’ kids face, things no one ever talks about. She finished her performance with a heavenly smile, leaving me speechless. She was breathtaking, and my heart didn’t stand a chance.

Throughout the conference, we found ourselves drawn to each other. Conversations that started as polite chit-chat evolved into deep discussions about faith, family, and dreams. I discovered a woman whose beauty was not just in her appearance but in her soul. Each shared moment felt like a gift from above, a whisper of destiny. By the end of the conference, our hearts were intertwined. We knew this was the beginning of something divine. Today, as we stand before our loved ones, we celebrate not just a wedding but the blessing of a love story written by God. And so, our journey continues, forever and always.
