We have seen a major increase in intimate and civil weddings this year. We also understand that the look and feel of such ceremonies affect even the bride’s look. That’s why a group of Ghanaian wedding vendors put together this collaborative shoot to a simpler yet stunning look for a civil wedding. Makeup artists, Valerie Lawson came through with the natural nude glossy look, hairstylist Miznaa brilliantly slayed the short hairstyle and of course, bridal designer, Pistis delivered the beautiful elegant dress.

Here’s what inspired the collaboration according to the bridal designer:

 

2020 has not been a normal year. The global pandemic and social-distancing policies have directly affected the bridal industry but even worse, has thrown off a lot of brides plans, with weddings being dramatically downsized, postponed, or cancelled. Even with social distancing measures put in place, brides are finding ways to still look and feel special while carrying on with their union.
