Hey brides, wondering what to wear on your big day? The SS18 bridal collection by South African designer Orapeleng Modutle has got some looks you might want to try out. We particularly love the Tswana ballgown that was inspired by the culture of the designer, such a beautiful way to infuse our African roots into a wedding dress.
See a short description of the collection from the designer:
OM Style avenue’s bridal collection is an elevated experience for the newly engaged. The collection comprises of romantic silhouettes and details including detachable overskirts and 3D beading that result in a beautiful timeless collection. In the collection, we also included a traditional Tswana ballgown worn by our muse Boity Thulo. The traditional dress was a celebration of my roots and the culture of Tswana, which reflects the widespread intrusion of traditional meets western.
